Marcos leads a culture of innovation and facilitates knowledge exchange across the organization. Marcos has worked at J&J for 13 years covering all regions and many different functions. He’s a digital pioneer and has a proven track record of driving large scale digital transformations across multi-site manufacturing and distribution centers.
