#114 – How Bimbo Bakeries Grew Exponentially During the Century‘s Biggest Supply Chain Disaster with Elsy Ocejo

Elsy Ocejo is the Director of Supply Chain and Sourcing Optimization for Bimbo Bakeries USA. Elsy is responsible for managing a team focused on S&OP processes, OTIF, distribution, inventory, and cost reduction projects. She also has extensive experience in global logistics strategy, managing logistics teams abroad, and trade compliance in the US, Mexico, Europe, China, and India. As well as this she is also the President of Kellogg Alumni Club of Houston, Founder of Kellogg for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion group, and part of the Diversity, Equity and Belonging Steering Executive Committee at Bimbo Bakeries USA. In 2017 she was recognized in Diversity MBA’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Emerging Leaders.
