Kelley has over 20 years of multi-sector experience in compliance, governance, and risk. Prior to joining Roche, she worked in the healthcare, legal, and financial industries. In 2017, Kelley led the development of Roche’s Human Rights algorithm and enhanced Roche’s supplier audit program. Kelley has a BA in Legal Studies and the Rhetoric of Genocide from the University of California at Berkeley.

Professor Tong’s research primarily uses mathematical modelling and experimental methods to investigate operations management and behavioural science questions. His research appears in the journals Management Science, Operations Research, Psychological Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management.
