Kelley Hinds is the Procurement Sustainability & Compliance Officer at Roche, the world’s most sustainable pharmaceutical company. Kelley has over 20 years of multi-sector experience in compliance, governance, and risk. Prior to joining Roche, she worked in the healthcare, legal, and financial industries. In 2017, Kelley led the development of Roche’s Human Rights algorithm and enhanced Roche’s supplier audit program. Kelley has a BA in Legal Studies and the Rhetoric of Genocide from the University of California at Berkeley.
