Leslie Nicholson is SVP Supply Chain Operations and Digital Transformation at Nestlé Canada, a member of the business executive team, reporting directly to the President & CEO of Nestlé Canada. In this capacity, Leslie provides leadership and insight across the consumer value chain for Nestlé in Canada. She is responsible for the following functions: demand and supply planning, customer service, logistics operations, procurement, customer and supplier facing, product commercialization, IT, and digital transformation. Previous to her current role, Leslie was the VP, Procurement and Product Commercialization at Nestlé Canada. She has worked in several cross-functional areas spanning operations, product management, and sales and category leadership for a broad range of well-known brands and companies: Cargill, Canada Safeway, L’Oreal, CP Rail, and Nestlé.

As Canada Post’s Chief Operating Officer, Charles Brewer leads all operational aspects of Canada Post’s business, including plants, delivery, engineering, network, and real estate. Charles holds an Advanced Logistics diploma from Cranfield University School of Management and has completed the Advanced Senior Executive Management Program at Henley Business School, both in the United Kingdom. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has held senior leadership roles in Europe, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. Before moving to Canada Post in 2020, Charles had devoted 30+ years to DHL, working through the ranks from Customer Service Agent to Global CEO of DHL eCommerce. Charles’ specialisms include e-commerce logistics, cross-border, fulfilment, first and last-mile delivery, supply chain management, business, and digital transformation.

About the Speaker

Mourad Tamoud joined Schneider Electric in 1997 as Supply Chain & Logistic Manager. In 2012 he became Senior VP of Global Supply Chain China, a post in which he had oversight of manufacturing and distribution operations for the region and was responsible for safety, quality, customer satisfaction, procurement, and supply chain. Having been with Schneider Electric for over 20 years, Mourad has held positions in low voltage and medium voltage industrial operations, industrial strategy, manufacturing logistics, production & logistics, procurement, and ERP information systems. In June 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President of the Global Supply Chain Operations for Schneider Electric. As of February 2019, Mourad has joined the Executive Committee as the Chief Supply Chain Officer overseeing the operations, transformation, logistics, network design, and strategic agenda for the entire supply chain organization.

About the speaker

Originally from Key West, Florida, Donzel holds both Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Industrial Technology from Purdue University, where he was an Academic All-America and three-time Academic All-Big Ten football player. He also holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Before joining General Mills, Donzel spent almost four years with the Quaker Oats Company, where he was an Industrial Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, and Cereal Processing Department Manager. Donzel has dedicated over 20 years to General Mills and is currently Vice President, Global Manufacturing Excellence, Global Platforms, and Asia/LATAM Supply Chain. As a passionate advocate of equality and anti-racism, Donzel ran for State House Seat in SD 47B to bring progressive values-based leadership to the State Capitol and build a prosperous Minnesota. He is currently the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of World-Wide Supply Chain (manufacturing, planning, logistics, EHS, quality) for Laundry & HomeCare with net sales of 7 billion EUR. His responsibilities include overseeing 6,500 employees in 33 factories and 47 logistic centers in North/Latin America, Western/Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East Africa, Asia-Pacific. Dirk was responsible for the definition and execution of the 2017 – 2020 transformation plan for global footprint with on-going rationalization in mature markets and expansion in emerging markets, including M&A. At the forefront of Henkel’s digital transformation journey from 2011-2020, Dirk has been concerned with transforming their global supply chain operations into an Industry 4.0 digital-enabled supply chain.
